腐烂茎线虫种群分化现状研究

摘要

腐烂茎线虫是危害我国甘薯产区的重要病害之一,近年来,在腐烂茎线虫的研究报道中发现,我国腐烂茎线虫种群分化现象严重,在致病力、繁殖力、抗药性等生物学特性上存在明显差异,同时在不同来源的腐烂茎线虫种群中划分出2类基因型.综述了腐烂茎线虫种群分化的现象,旨在为深入地认识腐烂茎线虫的分化现象和分类地位提供参考.%Stem rot nematode (Ditylenchus destructor) is one of the important sweet potato diseases in China. In recent years, it was found that the population differentiation of D. destructor in China was serious, and there were significant differences in biological characteristics such as pathogenicity, fecundity, pesticide resistance and so on among different populations. At the same time, different sources of D. destructor populations were divided into 2 genotypes. This paper reviewed the phenomenon of D. destructor population differentiation, for the sake of providing references for the in - depth understanding of the phenomenon of D. destructor population differentiation.
