喀斯特山区耕地占补平衡预警指标体系初探

摘要

The early warning index system of the requisition - supplement balance of cultivated land is the foundation of early warning of cultivated land requisition - supplement balance, it is also the key to build dynamic monitoring system of cultivated land requisition -supplement balance.Based on the characteristics of cultivated land utilization in Karst region, according to the principles of regionality, reliability, sufficiency, simplicity and macroscopic stability, by adopting the object properties analytic method, this article built the early warning index system of the cultivated land requisition - supplement balance in Karst region from the following five aspects: overall plan of land utilization, requisition - supplement balance of cultivated land, man - land relationship, ecological environment, efficiency of cultivated land use and investment potential.At the same time, the article described the role and significance of building the early warning index system of the cultivated land requisition - supplement balance in Karst region.%耕地占补平衡预警指标体系是耕地占补平衡预警的基本前提,是建立耕地占补平衡动态监测系统的关键.本文从喀斯特山区耕地资源利用的特点出发,依据地域性原则、可靠性和充分性原则、简捷性原则和宏观稳定性原则,采用对象属性解析法从土地利用总体规划、耕地占补平衡、人地关系、生态环境、耕地利用效果及投资潜力五个方面构建了喀斯特山区耕地占补平衡预警指标体系.同时阐述了构建喀斯特山区耕地占补平衡预警指标体系的作用和意义.
