Using the state 1:50000 DEM and 1:250000 DEM as referenced contrastive data, taking Shaanxi province, which has many different types of relief, as test sample, this paper analyzed the differences among SRTM DEM, 1: 50000 DEM and 1: 250000 DEM data for visibility analysis, and studied the applicability of SRTM DEM in visibility analysis. The results showed that the accuracy of visibility analysis based on SRTM DEM was higher than that based on 1: 250000 DEM data. The visibility analysis based on SRTM DEM had better accuracy in plain areas, but had worse accuracy in mountainous areas.%以我国1∶50000和1∶250000比例尺DEM为参考数据,以具有多种不同地貌类型的陕西省为实验样区,分析了SRTM DEM与1∶50000 DEM和1∶250000 DEM可视域分析的差异性,并且探讨了SRTM DEM用于提取可视域的适用性.实验结果表明,SRTM DEM的可视域分析精度高于1∶250000 DEM.在平原地区SRTM DEM可视域分析的精度较好,而在山区精度较差.
