芝麻种质资源茎点枯病抗性鉴定研究

摘要

对52份芝麻种质资源的茎点枯病抗性进行了鉴定，结果显示：（1）52份供试种质感病严重，病株率39．05％～100％，平均87．04％，病情指数为0．30～1．00，平均0．82，没有发现免疫资源；（2）聚类分析表明，感病种质37份，占参试材料的71．15％，抗病种质15份，占28．85％；（3）参试材料中地方种质茎点枯病抗性要优于改良品种（系），且种质间的差异较大；（4）本研究鉴定出来的青麻、丰城白芝麻、赣芝9号等15份抗茎点枯病种质可以在芝麻育种及其抗性改良中加以利用。%The resistance of 52 sesame germplasm resources to Macrophomina phaseoli were identified.The results showed that 52 germplasm resources were susceptible seriously , the rate of diseased plants was 39.05% ~100.00% with an average of 87.04%;the disease index was 0.30~1.00, 0.82 on average; the immune resources were not found .The clustering analysis showed that 37 germplasms were susceptible, accounting for 71.15%of total materials;fifteen germplasms were resistant to Macro-phomina phaseoli, accounting for 28.85%.The resistance of local germplasms to Macrophomina phaseoli was higher than that of im-proved varieties, and there were significant differences in resistance among these germplasms .Fifteen resistant germplasms tested in this research, such as Qingma, Fengcheng white sesame and Ganzhi No .9, could be used in the breeding and resistance improve-ment of sesame.
