基于建设用地供需平衡的土地调控对策研究

摘要

Taking Jiangsu province as an example , the author analyzed the relationship between the supply and demand of con-struction land in “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, explored the potential problems in land use , and put forward the following land regulatory suggestions and matching measures:perfecting the law enforcement supervision system , strengthening the supervision of law enforcement , improving land management system , improving the construction of land examination technical standard .%　　以江苏省为例，分析了“十二五”期间建设用地需求与供给之间的关系，剖析了土地利用的潜在问题，提出了完善执法督察体系、加强执法监管力度、改善土地管理制度与体系、完善土地督察技术标准建设等土地调控对策建议和配套措施。
