In order to explore the effect of water copper on the content of hepatopancreas CP mRNA in Cyprinus carpio, some Cyprinus carpio were stimulated by 0, 0.21, 0.30, 0.43, 0.60, 0.81 mg/L of Cu2+at the same time, and on the 2, 4, 6, 8, 10th day after treatment, the contents of hepatopancreas CP mRNA were respectively monitored by using semi -quantitative RT-PCR method.The results indicated that:under the simulation of different concentrations of copper in water body , the expression of CP mRNA in the liver and pancreas of Cyprinus carpio showed a time dependence and a dose dependence .Along with the change of the time, CP mRNA expression at first increased and then decreased;the CP mRNA expression could reach a peak , but the peak time was not the same .% 同时用0、0.21、0.30、0.43、0.60、0.81 mg/L Cu2+刺激黄河鲤,于作用2、4、6、8、10 d后采集肝胰脏取样,应用半定量RT-PCR法监测肝胰脏中铜蓝蛋白mRNA表达量的变化,来探究水体铜对黄河鲤肝胰脏铜蓝蛋白表达量的影响。结果表明:黄河鲤在不同的水体铜浓度刺激下,肝胰脏中CP mRNA的表达量对Cu2+的刺激呈现时间依赖性以及剂量依存性,随着时间变化CP mRNA表达量存在先升后降的趋势;并且CP mRNA表达量可达到一个最高峰,但达到峰值的时间不尽相同。
