变黄程度对不同成熟档次烟叶质量的影响

         

摘要

以云烟87品种为材料,研究密集烤房烟叶烘烤采摘成熟度和变黄程度对烤后烟叶外观质量、化学成分协调性、等级结构及均价的影响,为减少青杂烟叶比例、提高烟叶质量提供技术支撑.结果表明:不同采摘成熟度及下、中、上部烟叶都以二棚变黄程度支脉变黄2/3的T2处理综合表现较好,能够改善烟叶外观质量和化学成分协调性,中、上等烟比例、均价、桔黄烟叶比例较高,低次烟叶比例较低,随着变黄程度的提高青烟减少,中、上部烟叶杂色烟叶比例有所增加,下部烟叶杂色烟叶比例和糟烟比例有降低趋势;下、中、上部烟叶以成熟时采摘,烤后烟叶质量明显好于尚熟烟叶和过熟烟叶,下部烟叶尚熟烟叶明显好于过熟烟叶,中、上部烟叶尚熟烟叶和过熟烟叶相差不大.%The effects of picked tobacco leaf maturity and yellowing degree in bulk curing barn on the appearance quality, chemical composition coordination,quality grade structure,and average price of cured tobacco leaves of Yunyan 87 were re-searched,so as to provide technical support for reducing the proportion of green tobacco leaves and improving the quality of tobac-co leaves. The results indicated that different positions of tobacco leaves with different picking maturities in treatment T2(the yello-wing degree of carbonds of tobacco leaves was set as 2/3)had better comprehensive performance;this treatment could improve the appearance quality,chemical composition coordination,proportion of moderate and superior leaves,and average price of cured tobacco leaves;when the yellowing degree of tobacco leaves increased,the proportion of green tobacco leaves decreased, the proportion of variegated middle and upper tobacco leaves increased somewhat,and the proportion of variegated and bad bottom tobacco leaves reduced;the quality of flue-cured mature tobacco leaves in different positions was obviously better than that of flue-cured basically-mature and excessively-mature tobacco leaves;the quality of flue-cured basically-mature bottom tobacco leaves was obviously better than that of flue-cured excessively-mature bottom tobacco leaves;there was little difference in flue-cured to-bacco quality between basically-mature and excessively-mature middle-upper tobacco leaves.
