Forty-six kinds of tobacco leaf samples were collected from Pingdingshan and other tobacco-growing areas in 2015, and their main chemical components and machining properties were analyzed through DPS.The results indicated that the tension stress, tensile strength, ductility rate and shatter-resistant index of tobacco leaves had a positive correlation with the total sugar, reducing sugar and pectin content, and had a negative correlation with the nicotine, total nitrogen and protein content.The shatter-resistant index of tobacco leaves was extremely significantly positively correlated with the total sugar, reducing sugar and pectin content, and was extremely significantly negatively correlated with the nicotine, total nitrogen and protein content.The main chemical components of tobacco leaves were analyzed by factor analysis, three principal factors (carbon nitrogen factor, pectin factor and pH factor) were extracted from these chemical components, and the accumulative contribution rate of these three principal factors was 82.386%.The grey relation degree between the principal factor score and the machining property indexes of tobacco leaves was analyzed, and it was found that: the synthetic factor had the greatest effect on the machining property of tobacco leaves;pectin factor had the least effect on the tension stress, tensile strength and ductility rate;pH factor had the least influence on the shatter-resistant index.%应用DPS软件对2015年平顶山等地46份烟叶主要化学成分和机械加工性能指标进行了简单相关分析,结果表明:烟叶抗张力、抗张强度、延伸率和抗破碎指数与总糖、还原糖、果胶呈正相关,与烟碱、总氮、蛋白质呈负相关,烟叶抗破碎指数与总糖、还原糖、果胶呈极显著正相关,与烟碱、总氮、蛋白质呈极显著负相关.应用因子分析法对所取烟叶主要化学成分进行了因子分析,提取出的碳氮因子、果胶因子、pH因子3个主因子的累计贡献率为82.386%.将因子得分与烟叶机械加工性能指标进行了灰色关联度分析,结果表明:对烟叶机械加工性能影响最大的是综合因子,对抗张力、抗张强度、延伸率影响最小的是果胶因子,对抗破碎指数影响最小的是pH因子.
