国际视野下我国农业生态补偿法律制度分析

摘要

On the basis of understanding the related theories of agricultural ecological compensation, we combed the existent problems of agricultural ecological compensation system in China, analyzed the institutional rules and operation modes of some de-veloped countries, such as the United States and Germany, and discussed their enlightenments to Chinese agro-ecological com-pensation from the aspects of legal system building, compensated main part, concrete content of compensation and so on.%在了解农业生态补偿相关理论的基础上,梳理了我国补偿制度存在的问题,分析了美国、德国等发达国家的制度规则及运作模式,最后从法律建制、补偿主体和具体内容等方面提出了对我国农业生态补偿的启示.
