水肥耦合对温室无土栽培水果黄瓜叶片糖含量及其相关酶活性的影响

         

摘要

以水果黄瓜中农十九号为材料,设低、中、高3个灌水量和低、中、高3种施肥量处理,研究了温室无土栽培条件下水肥耦合对叶片中可溶性糖含量及糖代谢相关酶的影响.结果表明,灌水量处理对可溶性糖含量、蔗糖合成酶(SS)活性及磷酸蔗糖合成酶(SPS)活性影响在各个时期均达到显著或极显著水平,高水(W3)处理时的可溶性糖含量、SS及SPS活性最低.施肥量处理对可溶性糖含量及SPS活性的影响皆达到显著水平,除结果末期为中肥>高肥>低肥(F2>F3>F1)外,其他生育期均为高肥>中肥>低肥(F3>F2>F1).施肥量处理对SS活性影响也为显著水平,F2为最佳施肥量水平.灌水量和施肥量两因子对水果黄瓜叶片可溶性糖含量、SS及SPS活性的影响有显著的互作效应.水肥耦合条件下整个生育期中SPS活性与可溶性糖含量都有显著的正相关性.在幼苗期和结果初期SS活性与可溶性糖含量的相关性不显著,但在结果中、后期有显著正相关性.%Fruit cucumber var. Zhongnong 19 was used to investigate the effects of three irrigation amount level (low W1 ,middle W2 and high W3)and three fertilization amount level(low Fl ,middle F2 and high F3)on soluble sugar content and sucrose-metabolizing enzymes activities of leaves under soilless culture in greenhouse. The research results showed that Effects of irrigation amount on soluble sugar content,sucrose synthase( SS)and sucrose-phosphate synthase (SPS)were significant difference. Soluble sugar content,SS activity and SPS activity in high irrigation amount level was the lowest. Effects of fertilization amount on soluble sugar content and SPS activity were significant difference,high fertilization level(F3) > middle fertilization level(F2) > low fertilization level( Fl ) ,except fruiting later stage ( F2 > F3 > Fl ). Effects of fertilization on SS activity were significant difference, F2 was the best fertilization level. There was an obvious interaction between irrigation amount and fertilization amount. Correlation analysis indicated that there existed significantly positive correlations of on soluble sugar content and SPS activity in fruit cucumber under water-fertilizer coupling at different stages. There existed slightly correlations of on soluble sugar content and SS activity at seeding stage and fruiting early stage, but they have significantly positive correlations at fruiting middle stage and fruiting later stage.
