植物多胺代谢与胁迫响应研究进展

     

摘要

Polyamines are low molecular weight, aliphatic poly cations found in the cells of all living organisms. The homeostasis of polyamines in plant is closely correlated with a lot of physiological processes including stress response. This review summarizes the recent advances in the plant polyamine synthesis and catabolism process research , functions of resistance to abiotic stress including salty, drought and low temperature and biotic stress as disease and insect. It is pointed an effective way to improve the plant stress resistance is of the polyamine metabolism pathway, and it has broad application prospects regulation of the homeostasis of polyamines using genetic engineering techniques in plant resistance breeding.%多胺是一类广泛存在于生物体内的低分子量脂肪族聚合物.植物体内多胺的平衡与植物体包括胁迫响应等诸多生理功能密切相关.综述了植物多胺的合成与分解代谢进程研究进展,并对其在植物抵御包括盐、干旱与低温等非生物胁迫以及抗病与抗虫等生物胁迫方面功能的研究进行概述.指出多胺代谢途径的调节是提高植物抗逆性的有效途径,利用基因工程技术影响多胺平衡在植物抗性育种中具有广阔的应用前景.
