茄子SSR多态性引物的筛选及品种纯度鉴定

     

摘要

To establish a fast and accurate hybrid identification method using molecular markers urgently. 236 pairs of SSR markers were used for polymorphic markers selection in three eggplant varieties, and purity identification was conducted in both laboratory and field in order to get finger printing information. The results showed that ultimately 15 pairs of polymorphic primers used in purity identification was selected. Application of these primers, variety 1-2010,3-2010 and 9-2010 purity results were 98% ,96% and 100% , finger printing information was a-chieved on this basis. Field test results consistent with laboratory ones,it identified purity of eggplant hybrids using molecular markers was feasible and efficient .which has a certain theoretical and practical values.%为应用分子标记建立一套快速准确的杂交种鉴定方法,利用已有的236对SSR分子标记对3个茄子品种进行多态性标记筛选,并进行待测品种的分子标记纯度鉴定以及田间纯度鉴定,获得特定品种的指纹信息.结果显示,筛选出用于茄子纯度鉴定的多态性引物15对,利用该系列引物进行纯度鉴定,品种1-2010、3-2010和9-2010纯度结果分别为98%,96%和100%,在此基础上获得了对应品种的指纹信息.应用SSR进行茄子品种纯度鉴定与田间检测结果一致,证明分子标记检测茄子杂交种纯度可行且高效,具有一定的理论和应用价值.
