1-MCP与内源乙烯相互作用对富士苹果成熟的影响

             

摘要

Six hours after hypoxic hypobaria (HH, 10 kPa, 1. 5 kPaO2), Fuji apples were then treated with 1-MCP for 24 h at 20 °C. Effect of internal ethylene and 1-methylcyclopropene on ripening physiology of apple during postharvest storage was investigated by examining physiological indexes of apples during storage. The results showed that hypoxic hypobaria treatment significantly decreased internal ethylene concentration (IEC) by 61. 6%. However, there were not marked difference in other physiological indexes between the treatment and control. 1-MCP and HH + l-MCP treatment prevented the decrease of fruits firmness and peel chlorophyll content, maintained higher titratable acid content, delayed respiration and ethylene peak,and stimulated activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) , peroxidase (POD) , and catalase (CAT). Subsequently, postharvest ripening of apples was effectively delayed. It can be concluded that internal ethylene levels in postharvest apples play a significant role in affecting 1-MCP action.%以红富士苹果为试材,经过6h的低压低氧(HH,10 kPa,1.5 kPaO2)处理后,进行1-MCP熏蒸,通过测定贮藏(室温下)过程中生理指标的变化,探讨1-MCP与内源乙烯的相互作用对苹果贮藏过程中成熟的影响.结果表明,经HH处理后,内源乙烯体积分数(IEC)显著降低至对照水平的61.6%,其他各项指标与对照无显著差异;1-MCP和HH+1-MCP处理抑制果实硬度的下降,保持较高的可滴定酸含量,推迟呼吸和乙烯峰的出现,延缓果皮叶绿素的下降,诱导SOD、POD和CAT活性保持较高的水平,有效延缓苹果的后熟进程.研究表明苹果采后内源乙烯水平是影响1-MCP作用能力的重要因素.
