以4个基因型不同的小麦品种成熟胚为外植体进行离体培养,研究不同质量浓度2,4-D对愈伤组织诱导的影响;以陕253为外植体研究不同KT与NAA配比对小麦成熟胚愈伤组织分化的影响.愈伤组织培养基中2,4-D质量浓度为2~4 mg/L时,小麦成熟胚愈伤组织出愈率最高,品质最好.小麦对水分敏感程度与成熟胚愈伤组织的出愈率及品质无关.分化培养基含KT 1.0 mg/L和NAA 0.5 mg/L时,陕253绿点率和成苗率最高.%Explant of mature embryos of 4 different wheat genotypes was cultured in differention media to study the induction of the callus and genetic difference of plants regeneration from different genotypes. The results indicate that 2,4-D (2 - 4 mg/L) was more advantageous to the induction of callus differentiation. KT (1.0 mg/L) and NAA (0. 5 mg/L) were useful to improve differentiation and regeneration of Shaan 253.
