The leaf proteins of male sterile maize and its proteins maintainer were compared to identify differential proteins related to infertility.With the methods of SDS-PAGE and MALDI-TOF-MS, the leaf proteins of male sterile maize and male fertile maize were studied.Results showed that in SDS-PAGE, there were five different bands, between 14.4-97.6 kD.Four bands differed on content between male sterile maize and male fertile maize, and one band (No.1) was new in male sterile maize.No.1 band may be annexin, who was calcium-dependent phospholipid protein.%以玉米雄性不育系及其保持系六叶期的功能叶为材料,采取SDS-PAGE与MALDI-TOF联用方法,对玉米雄性不育系及其同型保持系叶片蛋白质组进行比较研究.结果表明,SDS电泳图谱中,不育系与其保持系叶片的电泳图谱有5条蛋白差异带,分布于14.4~97.6 kD,不育系与保持系有4条带在含量上有差别,不育系比保持多一条带No.1.其中No.1蛋白质可能为一种钙依赖性磷脂蛋白.
