播种密度与生长时间对豌豆芽苗菜产量及品质的影响

         

摘要

Taking pea seed of Shanxi "jinnong" as the test material, this paper mainly studied the influence of the sowing density and harvesting time on growth, yield and quality of pea sprouts, the objective is to provide theoretical basis for high product and benefit cultivation. There were five density gradients in this study: 1. 2, 1. 8, 2. 4, 3. 0, and 3. 6 kg/m2. There were five harvesting time designed in the experiment: pea sprouts were harvested after growing for 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 days. Through analyzing indexes of yield and quality under different treatments, results of experiment showed that sowing density and collecting time have significant effect on growth, yield and quality of pea sprouts; biological yield economical yield increased with the sowing density,economical yield ratio and biological yield ratio began decreasing after reached the peak, economical yield ratio reached the peak at the best sowing density of 2. 4 kg/m2 while biological yield and economical yield ratio were relatively ideal; with the passage of time, biological yield showed increasing trend, the content of Vitamin C increased at first and then decreased, the degree of fibrosis was aggravated, harvesting at the eighth day was the best time for higher yield, higher content of Vitamin C and lower fibrosis, yield and quality are relative ideal. In this paper, based on comprehensive consideration of yield and quality of pea sprouts, sowing density of 2. 4 kg/m2 and harvesting at the eighth day were recommended as the best cultivation measures.%以山西“晋农”豌豆种子为试验材料,研究播种密度和播种到采收时间对豌豆芽苗菜生长、产量和品质的影响,以期为豌豆芽苗菜高产高效栽培提供理论依据.设置5个播种密度,分别为1.2、1.8、2.4、3.0、3.6 kg/m2;设置5个采收时间,分别在生长4、6、8、10、12d后进行采收.分析不同处理条件下豌豆苗产量和品质相关指标,结果表明,播种密度与生长时间对豌豆芽苗菜生长、产量和品质有显著影响;豌豆芽苗菜的生物产量和经济产量在一定范围内随着播种密度的增大而升高,生物产率和经济产率在达到一个峰值后回落,播种密度为2.4 kg/m2时,经济产率达到最高值,生物产量和生物产率都比较理想,是最佳播种密度;随着播种到采收时间的延长,豌豆芽苗菜生物产量呈增长趋势,维生素C含量先升高后降低,纤维化程度升高,在第8天采收时,产量较高、维生素C含量高、纤维化程度低,产量和食用品质均比较理想,是最佳采收时间.综合考虑豌豆芽苗菜的产量和食用品质,该试验初步确定播种密度2.4 kg/m2,在第8天采收为最优化栽培措施.
