种植密度对白肋烟烟叶中常规成分和有机酸的影响

         

摘要

In order to further optimize the cultivation technology of burley tobacco, and provide the theory basis for meeting the demand of mixed cigarette, the changes of conventional chemical composition and organic acids mass fraction under nine different plant densities of burley tobacco were studied by the techniques of simultaneous distillation extraction with dichloromethane and GC/MS. The results showed that, different densities had a great impact on the conventional chemical composition and organic acids mass fraction. With the increase of plant density, total nitrogen and nicotine showed basically a decreasing trend, reducing sugar had a slight increasing trend, potassium increased firstly and then decreased, the changing ranges of starch and chlorine mass fraction were not obvious, most nonvolatile acid flavor components were shown a trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing. As a whole, when the plant density was between 1 333 - 1 389 plants per 667 m2, the quality of the burley tobacco leaf was better.%为进一步优化白肋烟生产栽培技术,满足混合型卷烟需求提供理论依据,试验采用二氯甲烷同时蒸馏萃取、顶空萃取前处理及气相色谱-质谱联用技术,研究9种不同种植密度下白肋烟烟叶中常规化学成分和有机酸质量分数的变化规律.结果表明,种植密度对白肋烟的常规化学成分和有机酸质量分数有很大的影响,随着种植密度的增加,总氮和烟碱总体上呈现出降低的趋势,还原糖有增加的趋势,钾先增后又降,淀粉和氯的质量分数变化幅度不明显,大部分有机酸成分呈现出先增加后降低的趋势.综合考虑,当种植密度为1 333~1 389株/667 m2时,烟叶质量较好.
