目的:探索负压封闭引流技术治疗糖尿病足的护理要点.方法:回顾性分析2009年6月～2011年6月收治的55例糖尿病足患者,根据治疗情况分为负压封闭引流治疗组和普通换药组,比较两组的换药次数及创面愈合时间.结果:28例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗的患者换药次数少,创面愈合快,效果显著.结论:手术前后持续恒定负压吸引,密切的护理观察和引流管的护理是护理的关键环节.%Objective: To investigate the nursing aspects for patients with diabetic foot ulceration by approaches of vacuum sealing drainage. Methods: The nursing data were retrospectively analyzed in 55 patient with diabetic foot ulceration undergone nursing treatment between Jun. 2009 and Jun. 2011. The patients were allocated to groups by vacuum sealing drainage care or routine dressing change for comparing the frequencies of dressing change and healing. Results: The 28 patients with nursing care plan of vacuum sealing drainage needed fewer dressing change, but achieved early and quick healing as compared with those managed with routine care. Conclusion: Constant vacuum aspiration before and after operation, together with careful observation and appropriate management of the drainage tube can make better recovery of the affected limb.
