超声检查在子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值

摘要

目的:探讨经腹部及经阴道超声在子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌瘤的鉴别诊断中的应用价值.方法:回顾性分析92例子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌瘤手术患者进行经腹部及经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查结果并与术后病理结果进行对照分析.结果:超声鉴别诊断子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌瘤符合率高,分别为93.8%、92.8%.结论:超声检查对子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌瘤具有重要的诊断及鉴别诊断价值.%Objective:To assess the application value of tranpabdominal and tranpvaginal ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis oi uterine myoma and uterine adenomyopip. Methods: Retrospective analypip was performed in 92 patients with uterine myoma or unterine adenomyoma undergone tranpabdominal and tranpvaginal rolor Dopplei ultiasonir examination. The results were compared with the postoperative pathological findings. Results : Ultrasonic diagnosis led to differentiation oi uterine myoma from uterine adenomyosis by 93. 8% and 92. 8% , respectively. Conclusion : Ultrasound examination appeals competent ior differential diagnosis oi uterine myoma and uterine adenomyoma.
