冰点模式联合定点模式在激光脱唇毛中的临床应用

摘要

目的：探讨以色列飞顿激光在冰点模式联合定点模式下治疗唇毛中的应用。方法：采用810 nm以色列飞顿脱毛激光SHR＋HR联合模式治疗唇毛，对治疗后效果进行随访观察，8次脱毛率达到100％。结果：患者恢复良好，经术后3个月至1年随访，效果满意，在治疗5次后联合模式的治疗效果明显优于单用模式。结论：SHR＋HR联合模式能有效缩短治疗周期，减轻病人痛苦。%Objective:To investigate the application of Alma laser to removal of the lip hair by combined super hair removal mode ( SHR) with traditional hair removal mode( HR) .Methods:Alma laser( pulse-width:810 nm) was used to remove the lip hair in 45 subjects by combined mode of SHR+HR, and the effects were evaluated.Results:The removal rate was 100%in total of 8 events.Follow-up in 3 to 12 months showed that the patients were excel-lently recovered and satisfied with the cosmetic results .The combined application of the two modes produced better results than the single mode by the fifth events of treatment.Conclusion:SHR+HR can reduce the treatment session and the pain of patients in procedure.
