The world heritage is the resource and wealth shared by the people of the world, and it has very important value.With beautiful scenery and splendid culture, China is a country which has a wealth of heritage resources.By 2016, 50 world heritage sites in China were named the World Natural and Cultural Heritage by the UNESCO including 35 world culture heritages, 11 world natural heritages and 4 both cultural and natural heritages.This paper summarizes the general situation of the world heritage sites in China, describes protective measures of Chinese world heritage sites, analyzes the exiting problems and then puts forward proposals to further strengthen the protection of world heritages.
