领导干部家风建设与党内政治生态净化∗

摘要

“家庭—国家”的逻辑理路是政治学研究的一个重要传统。家庭伦理秩序与政治生活秩序具有双向涵摄、互为建构的内在关系。当代中国政治体制架构的基本特点决定着党内政治生态是国家政治生态的核心。作为党内政治生活主体中的“关键少数”，领导干部的家风具有政治性、先进性、示范性特征，其家风败坏是党内政治生态局部恶化的重要诱因。党内政治生态是党内政治系统各构成要素之间关联互动状态的综合映射。净化党内政治生态，应以领导干部角色冲突的调适为先导，促进党内政治文化心理的净化；以领导干部家庭内外关系为重点，促进党内政治关系的规范建构；以细化从严治家制度为保障，促进党内制度体系的健全完善和有效运行。%The logic of the"family-country" is an important tradition in political studies. The orders of family ethics and political life have the intrinsic relationship of bidirectional subsection and mutual construction. The basic characteristics of the contemporary Chi-nese political system structure determine that the political ecology in the Party is the core of the national political ecology. As the key minority in the Party′s political life, family tradition of leading cadres has the political, advanced and exemplary characteristics. Its cor-ruption is an important cause of local deterioration of the political ecology in the Party. The political ecology in the Party is the compre-hensive mapping of the interaction between the constituent elements of the Party′s political system. Firstly, we should consider the ad-justment for role conflict of leading cadres as the guide to purify the political and cultural psychology in the Party. Secondly, we should consider the internal and external relations of leading cadre′s family as the key to promote the standard construction of the political rela-tion in the Party. Finally, we should consider refining the strict system of family management as the guarantee to promote the perfect and effective operation of the system in the Party.
