The "One Belt, One Road" Initiative ( B&R for short) , with great significance, should focuses on the economy con⁃struction as its operating object, while not political plans. The running of today′s socio⁃economy is more and more relying on finance. So it is necessary for "B&R" to establish its own financial support mechanism. The foundation of AIIB and the Silk Road Fund are two im⁃portant ways, together with other financing arrangements, to make sure the"B&R"′s success. The areas along the line of"B&R" have complicated relationship on political and economic terms. The strategy to cope with the problems is to dispel doubts from other coun⁃tries, and try to take win⁃win cooperation with regional states and relative international organizations. We should take China′s advanta⁃ges to plan a better industrial layout and form a proper combination of the power of China′s outside⁃oriented economy. While in China, Zhengzhou should be a key node as an impulse of the railway economy, using its railway junction to connect major seaports, and finally helping more areas integrated into the whole plan of "B&R".%我国“一带一路”的构想具有重大意义，而其谋划与运作，应当以经济建设为重心，不宜使之承载国家的政治战略。现代社会经济的运行，日益依赖于金融业的支持，必须建立“一带一路”的金融支撑机制，“亚投行”与“丝路基金”的设立，起到两大支柱作用，再配合其他投融资的部署，即成为“一带一路”建设的有力保障。“一带一路”沿线区域，政治状况、经济关系都很复杂，应对策略是着力打消各方的疑虑，努力与沿线国家以及已经存在的国际组织、经济组织，谋求互利共赢的合作，发挥中国的优势，搞好国内的统筹和布局，形成中国外向经济力量的完善组合。“丝绸之路经济带”在国内应以郑州为关键节点，利用已有的铁路枢纽，连接各大海港，带动铁路沿线的经济发展，使更广大地区融入“一带一路”的整体规划。
