中美乒乓外交的发生机制及实践启示

The national interest need is the fundamental premise of ping pong diplomacy, ZHUANG Ze-dong, with political mind is the logical start of ping pong diplomacy, national leaders’ wise policy is the key of ping pong diplomacy, the brilliant achievements of Chinese ping pang team is the paving stone of ping pong diplomacy, and the homogeny of sports competition constructs the public communicating platform of ping pong diplomacy. The practice of Sino-America ping pong diplomacy brings us the inspiration that we Chinese should accurately locate our developing direction under the national developing strategies, actively catch kinds of opportunities, fully develop the diplomatic function of sports, a world public language, pay attention to cultivate high qualified sports elite, continue to keep the prosperity of Chinese ping pong sport, and win the chance and initiative in sports diplomacy.%国家利益需求是中美乒乓外交发生的根本性前提，富于政治头脑的庄则栋是乒乓外交发生的逻辑起点，国家领导人的英明决策是乒乓外交发生的关键，中国乒乓球队的辉煌成绩是乒乓外交发生的铺路石，体育竞赛的同质性构建了乒乓外交发生的公共交往平台。中美乒乓外交的实践带给我们的启示是，要高度结合国家发展战略准确定位自身的发展方向，积极捕捉各种机缘，充分发挥体育这一“世界公共语言”的外交功能，并注重培育高素质的体育精英，继续保持中国竞技乒乓球的长盛不衰，在体育外交中赢得机会和主动。
