独立以来，为了维护国家的安全与稳定、领土的完整、边疆的和谐，印度中央政府采取了一系列的政治、经济、民族、宗教、文化和社会措施。这些措施也让印度中央政府实现了边疆治理的目标，但是中央政府的边疆治理不仅仅只是实现中央政府的边疆治理目标，边疆地区的反响也是中央政府边疆治理成效的主要反映。而边疆地区对中央政府的边疆治理却有不同的看法，主要表现在两个方面：一方面是对中央政府的边疆治理予以认可；另一方面是对中央政府边疆治理的不满。%In order to maintain security,stability,territorial integrity of the country,as well as a harmonious border,the cen-tral government of India since its independence has adopted a series of measures in areas of politics,economy,nation,culture and society,which allowed the central government to achieve its goal of border governance.Still,feedback from the borderland is also a kind of reflection of the administration effect.However,people from the frontier areas have different views about it.On one hand,it has gained recognition from a number of people;on the other hand,there are people who are discontented with the borderland administration of the central government.
