突破孟中印缅经济走廊困境对于“一带一路”建设关系重大。孟中印缅经济走廊属于次区域经济合作的范畴，与其他区域一体化不同，它发生在世界最贫困的集合地带，这一区域需要新的一体化努力和动力，来化解其初始条件对相关国家之间进行有效合作的制约。这些努力包括：通过早期收获计划发现和拓展参与方的利益汇合点；把发展援助、互联互通、贸易便利化和引进直接投资的一揽子资源相对集中在跨境经济合作区这样的边境节点地区，激励产业转移和直接投资大规模发生；以产业合作推进经济走廊融入亚洲生产网络。发展的紧迫性和初始条件的制约，需要参与各国不断寻求阶段性合作重点、局部性突破来产生积极的信任累积，逐步弱化经济走廊建设的困境和难点。%The breakthrough of BCIMeconomic corridor is key for One Belt One Road.BCIMEconomic Corridor is the sub -regional economic cooperation which occurs in one of the world's poorest areas.This region's integration need new efforts and im-petus to resolve its initial limits for effective cooperation among relevant countries.These efforts include:early harvest program to find and expand the converging interests of participants;the package of development assistance resources,interconnection,trade facilitation and the introduction of direct investment which is relatively concentrated in cross -border economic cooperation zone area;industrial cooperation to promote economic corridors merge into the Asian production network.Urgency and initial condi-tions of development requires the participation of all BCIMcountries continue to seek cooperation priorities to develop cumulative trust,and gradually reduce the difficulties in the economic corridor construction.
