中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会宣告我国当前处于新的历史方位——中国特色社会主义新时代,充分肯定了过去五年来以习近平同志为核心的党中央治国理政所取得的成就.党的十九大提出了新时代党治国理政的行动指南——习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,这是马克思主义中国化的最新成果.党的十九大指出了新时代中国特色社会主义建设的总任务、基本方略,并做出了"两个十五年"的战略安排,把建设富强民主文明和谐美丽的现代化强国、"美丽中国"和"美好生活"作为党新时代的理想和目标.%The 19thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China declared that our country is in a new historical position—the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and fully affirmed the achievements made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China based on Comrade Xi Jinpingin the past five years. The congress put forward the action guide of the Party governing the country in the new era—the new age socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics,which is the latest a-chievement of the Sinicization of Marxist doctrine. In the congress,the general task and basic strategy of the construction of so-cialist China with characteristics of the new era were pointed out,and strategic arrangements for the two fifteen years were made. Meanwhile,the ideals and goals of the Party in the new era were established,that is, to build a prosperous, democratic, civi-lized,harmonious and beautiful modern country,"beautiful China"and"good life".
