摘要

A significant portion of the world's population has dyslexia to some extent. Research has estimated between 10-20% of people are affected. A dyslexic mind is often a very outside-the-box creative mind, that has contributed greatly to innovation and entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, traditional classrooms that grade based on an ability to read and write often undermine these students' strengths, and only focuses on their deficit. DyslexiConnection is a website built to help those who work with dyslexic students so they can improve their reading and writing skills using remediation methods that take into consideration how the dyslexic mind functions. This website also aims to organize these resources in a universally intuitive way to make learning more accessible to English speaking dyslexic students around the world.
