The study of leader effectiveness has gained momentum and has been valued in organizations. The concept of spirituality and spiritual well-being in relation to leader effectiveness has become an important area of focus within the last few decades (Fry, 2003). The purpose of the current research was to find the relationship between Leader efficacy and spiritual well-being. There were 120 students and faculty surveyed from a faith based university. Findings showed a relationship between Leader Efficacy and Spiritual Well-Being. Additionally, women were found to have higher spiritual well-being than men. The results of this study could be used to aid leaders and employees in determining the foundation for implementing spiritual/faith-based elements in their lives and workplace (Geraghty, 2013).
