For the love of design: Design education in Lebanon.

摘要

The design education infrastructure in Lebanon does not support human centered design, because of the stagnation of its curricula and, more importantly, because of institutional politics.;This project tests the validity of a grassroots initiative that would bring together an independent collective of students, designers, professionals and partner institutions in order to explore the value of human centered design in Lebanon. It creates a framework for building an innovative DIY design education model that plugs into the existing infrastructure of design education.
