An exploration of the Deleuze and Guattarian concept.

This thesis is an experiment with thought. In What is Philosophy? , Deleuze and Guattari's final work, a theory of conceptual operation is presented. In The Logic of Sense, one of Deleuze's earlier works, sense is contemplated and defined. My work couples Deleuzian sense with the Deleuze and Guattarian concept. This is the experiment. It consists of situating the conceptual mechanism within the territory of sense, an incorporeal world located between language and things. Here, the mechanism is observed and described from various perspectives in an authentic manner. Despite this observation, a fundamental aspect of the conceptual mechanism cannot be located. This thesis explains the role of this misplaced element of thought and defends the explanation.
