摘要

这项研究意在检验社交多样性与信息多样性如何影响不同群体的个人创造力。借助归类法和社会学习理论,本文提出了团队多样性有助于提升个人创造力的观点。作者综合了任务难度、团队人数、工作依赖度、职位任期和地点分布等五项涉及信息共享的指标,并考虑到领导层的情商和工作方式的灵活性。依据在巴基斯坦和中国四个城市的银行和电信领域共计196个的采样数据,作者的假设得到有效验证。有中介的调节变量结果显示,当中介指标存在时,多样性与个人创造力之间产生了关联。有中介的调节变量模型同样证明了当工作方式灵活度高时,领导层的情商也相对较高。
