摘要

随着我国外语教育改革的深入进行,教师专业化发展的重要性日益凸显。英语新教师作为当今我国职业院校的一支生力军,其专业化发展更是不容忽视,而反思性教学正是英语新教师实现专业化发展的重要且有效的途径之一。本文拟就英语新教师如何通过反思性教学促进自己的专业发展进行探讨,希望唤起新手教师们自我促进和发展的意识。
   本文详细介绍了反思性教学、教师专业发展的相关理论并就英语新教师发展的途径进行探讨并指出反思性教学是比较有效的发展途径之一,强调了反思性教学在英语新教师的专业发展中的作用,作者认为,通过反思性教学,英语新教师可以实现专业化发展;并通过自编调查问卷、教师访谈的方式了解我国高职院校英语新教师对反思以及反思性教学的了解程度以及其实施的现状;在问卷调查的基础上,与教师进行深度访谈,并确立了一名教师为课堂观察的对象;通过与学生访谈以及课堂观察重点了解英语新教师的反思性教学的效果。问卷调查研究发现,反思性教学在我国高职院校英新语教师中的开展情况并不理想,多数英语新教师认为在他们的教学实践中没有进行系统的反思。深度访谈和个案研究的结果进一步证明了反思性教学是高职院校英语新教师专业发展的有效途径。
   基于以上研究,本文作者强调反思性教学在英语新教师的专业发展过程中的重要性,并对普通一线老师以及学校的管理者提出了如何促进教师专业发展的建议和对策。
