分层作业在初中英语作业中的应用研究

摘要

在初中阶段，英语学习的目的是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。新课标提倡学生的素质教育和全面发展教育，同时，新课标倡导以学生为中心，尊重学生的个性发展。英语作业是课堂教学的重要组成部分，是课堂教学的延伸。但是，考虑到班级规模以及其它一些因素，大多数老师布置的作业的时候并没有考虑到个别学生的差异，往往采取“一刀切”的方式，即对所有的学生布置相同的作业，这样往往会造成成绩好的学生“吃不饱”而成绩差的学生“消化不了”。针对这一情况，有必要提倡使用英语分层作业。
　　研究对象是杭州翠苑中学两个平行班级的81名学生。根据因材施教理论，多元智力理论，最近发展区理论，布鲁姆教育目标分类理论，笔者在实验班设计了英语分层作业，对照班仍然使用传统的英语作业模式。本文主要探讨以下两个问题:(1)英语分层作业对学生学习成绩的影响程度如何？(2)英语分层作业能否改变学生对英语作业的态度？
　　本研究采用前后问卷，前后测试的研究方法。实验持续两个月。在实验前，笔者对实验班跟控制班进行测试。同时，对两个班的学生发放问卷。在试验后，再对实验班跟控制班进行测试。同时，对实验班发放相同的问卷。通过分析问卷和前后测的数据表明，英语分层作业确实能提高学生的英语成绩。并且，英语分层作业能改善学生对家庭作业的态度，提高他们对英语学习的乐趣。
