BBC纪录片美食之旅成都篇模拟口译实践报告

摘要

本口译实践报告是译者以BBC纪录片《美食之旅－成都篇》为翻译对象，完整地记录了整个口译任务，从前期准备到后期分析，都做了较为完善的记录与介绍，同时也对译文做了大量的比较与分析，从而能够更好地结合此次翻译任务发现问题，解决问题。
　　纪录片以真实生活为创作素材，以真人真事为表现对象，以不能虚构情节、不能用演员扮演、不能任意改换地点环境、不能变更生活进程为基本特性。本记录片以四川特色美食为主线条，详细介绍了四川的文化及风土人情，让译者在翻译过程中，更深层次的了解所在城市地文化底蕴，同时也能够更好的宣传成都的风土人情以及川菜对于全世界的影响力，让更多的观者更好更直观地了解成都的特色。
　　译者在口译过程中，结合释义论这一翻译理论进行实践，此理论常运用于口译实践中。以此理论为指导，结合相关的多种案例，着重对此类口译材料类型进行重点分析。考虑到本纪录片的特殊性，译者将着重对比分析口语化，地域化的翻译技巧，从中能够更好地总结译者在此次翻译过程中所遇到的难点及特殊点，在不断的总结分析中，提高自身的能力，为以后的口译活动提供实质性的帮助。
