批评话语分析之认知进化法——《中国日报》上农民工话语的个案研究

摘要

批评话语分析因其理论的折中性而备受批评，比如:其对语言使用的描写拘泥于社会语言学的理论框架，其对语篇影响的解释拘泥于社会学的框架。Chilton(2005)藉此指出批评话语分析对认知的忽视是主流的批评话语分析“丧失的链接”，Chilton(2004，°2005)和Hart(2005，2008，2010)进一步指出，批评话语分析应该运用认知语言学和进化心理学的研究成果，倡导用认知进化的方法进行批评话语分析。
　　 本文以认知进化法为基本的理论分析框架，语料选自2011年《中国日报》上的关于农民工的报道。基于大量文献，本文把研究重点放在农民工报道中的隐喻分析和话语策略分析。隐喻分析中，我们运用了认知语言学中的概念整合理论，侧重于对隐喻的认知过程的描写和隐喻意识形态负荷的解释;话语策略分析中，我们运用进化心理学的认知模块理论，侧重于话语策略的进化心理学解释，突出话语策略的意识形态解释。
　　 我们发现，批评话语分析的认知进化法有独特的描写和解释优势，或许能部分地弥补批评话语分析的理论不足，有助于实现批评话语分析的意识形态去神秘化的目标，也有助于我们消除对农民工的话语歧视。
