认知构式语法视域下英汉重复比较句式的对比研究

摘要

近几年来，认知语言学研究成为国际语言学研究领域的热点，作为认知语言学的一个重要分支，构式语法的研究更是引起语言学家的关注，并取得很大的发展。其先驱提出，构式是已习得的形式和意义的配对，语法则是由构式组成的。有一群成熟和不断发展的国际社会学者，一直在追求构式语法和框架语义语言分析方法，其历史根源在伯克利，特别是在查尔斯·费尔莫尔的工作中。本文的目的是提供一个信息资源，跟踪构式研究的新发展，并促进对构式研究方法感兴趣的语言学家之间的讨论与协作。重复比较构式是一个重要的语义概念，在人类语言中普遍存在。由“比较级加比较级”和汉语的“越来越”构式为典型的重复比较结构引起语言学家的关注，但从构式角度而言“构式无同义”。那么英汉这两种构式究竟有何异同呢？
　　本文在构式语法的理论框架下，通过对英语语料库中“比较级加比较级”以及汉语语料库中汉语“越来越”两个典型的重复比较结构的研究，寻找英汉两种结构的共性与差异，以期为二语教学和翻译研究带来一定的启示。
　　本文试图解决以下两个问题:第一，构式语法理论框架下，英语“比较级加比较级”和汉语“越来越”构式的意义和用法有何异同？第二，英汉重复比较构式前后的语义搭配以及词性选择是怎样的？
　　通过本文分析，主要得出以下结论:英语“比较级加比较级”和汉语的“越来越”有许多相同之处，但也有不同。英语的比较级加比较级表达方式更加多样化。给英语教学的启示便是，在教学过程当中，教学应该灵活多样，给予学生足够多的语言知识，使其能自如运用。
