排比句的英译汉研究——以Ego Is the Enemy（节选）为例

摘要

本报告是基于美国作家瑞安·霍利迪所著的《自负是敌人》一书中的序言以及第一部分英译汉的翻译实践所撰写的翻译实践报告。《自负是敌人》是一本关于自负丑恶天性的励志书籍，其中收集了大量具有历史意义的例子，包括文学、哲学、历史。在本书中，读者们可以看到许多优秀的人物，他们通过战胜自负走上权利和成功的顶峰。
　　《自负是敌人》一书的英文中包含有大量的排比句，气势恢宏，说服力强。依据纽马克的文本分类理论，该书以呼唤功能为主，可采用交际翻译方法。本报告将在彼得·纽马克交际翻译策略的指导下关注英语排比句的汉译策略及技巧。
　　在分析翻译案例之前，本报告对翻译项目及翻译过程进行了简单介绍，此外，还简单阐述了英汉排比句的差异以及纽马克的交际翻译策略。对筛选出的13个英文排比句，分别采用顺句操作、语序调整、增词法、减词法、词性转换、四字格等翻译技巧进行汉译。通过此次翻译实践，译者了解到英汉排比句的差异，深入学习和研究了相关翻译理论，并将相关的翻译策略和技巧运用到翻译实践中，这对今后的排比句汉译有一定的指导作用。
