大学生思想政治教育非正式沟通研究

摘要

随着思想政治教育环境的日益复杂，教育对象的日益多样化，如何提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性，成为当前思想政治教育研究中所面临的一大课题。针对这一问题，学者们试图以沟通为切入点来研究教育者和受教育者之间的关系，进一步提高思想政治教育的实效性。而根据沟通的方式是否规范和固定，沟通分为正式沟通和非正式沟通。相较正式沟通，非正式沟通使沟通双方更为轻松、自然，让受教育者更好的接收、反馈教育内容，有助于大学生思想政治教育实效性的进一步提高。
　　尽管非正式沟通对提升实效性具有独特的作用，但在实际思想政治教育过程中，非正式沟通的作用没能得到充分有效的发挥，具体表现为：沟通理念上，强调主客二分；沟通方式上，选择单一，缺乏灵活性；沟通内容上，偏重理性知识，轻情感交流；沟通目标上，注重人的工具性，忽视人的目的性。
　　究其原因，主要在于三个方面：双方沟通理念落后的影响；主体沟通能力欠缺的影响；沟通情境不良的影响。因此，树立先进的非正式沟通观念；优化非正式沟通的要素；提高教育工作者的非正式沟通能力，有助于实现非正式沟通效果的最优化，以便更好地提升思想政治教育的实效性。
