《啸啸虎》(2-6章)翻译实践报告

摘要

本翻译实践报告完整再现了从对翻译任务背景介绍到翻译总结的整个过程。翻译实践的原文节选自甘肃省天水市作家唐宏所著的一部儿童小说《啸啸虎》。小说通过描述啸啸虎和朋友一起克服种种困难拯救村民的过程，歌颂了友谊、诚实、善良等美好品质，鞭挞了对金钱的贪婪。小说充分考虑到了儿童的语言水平和审美观，采用了比喻、拟人等修辞手法以及拟声词、感叹词等词类，语言形象生动，浅显易懂。
　　本翻译实践报告共分为五大部分。第一部分介绍了中国文化走出去的时代背景和翻译《啸啸虎》的目的。第二部分描述了儿童小说的特点和《啸啸虎》2-6章的语言特征。第三部分是翻译过程，译者首先查阅了小说的后记了解写作背景，通过阅读平行文本了解了目的语儿童的语言风格。在翻译过程中，译者在目的论的指导下，采用了直译、意译的翻译方法和词性转换、合句等翻译技巧。翻译完成之后经过了自校、同伴校对、导师校对和目的语读者校对。第四部分案例分析中呈现了人物名称、拟声词、成语、拟人句等案例的翻译。第五部分总结了对本次翻译实践的思考以及对今后学习的启发。
　　通过本次翻译实践以及翻译实践报告的撰写，笔者全面复习了之前所学翻译理论和方法并对与本次翻译实践相关的翻译理论和方法加以运用，对以后的儿童小说的翻译实践有一定的启发。
