商务合同中否定表达翻译过程中的策略使用情况研究

摘要

本文尝试从心理语言学角度切入，运用心理学口语报告法对五名被试从词汇到短语到句子三个层面对英语否定句进行翻译的翻译过程进行了个案研究，具体考察了思维过程中认知策略和元认知策略的应用情况。研究结果表明：（1）被试在翻译商务合同中否定表达的过程中均有使用到认知策略和元认知策略，其中认知策略主要有重复、查证、替代、转换、译词，求索，分类和猜测；元认知策略主要有选择性注意、定向注意、自我评价、回避和自我监控；且整体来看，认知策略的使用率明显高于元认知策略；（2）此外，策略的运用呈现出明显的阶段性特征：在句子层面否定表达的翻译过程中所使用的策略总数最多，词汇层次之，短语层最少。在翻译词汇层面的否定表达时，被试在使用译词策略的基础上较多地使用了猜测、查证、替代、转移和求索策略；在翻译短语层面的否定表达时，被试主要采用替代和转移策略；在翻译句子层面的否定表达时，被试在使用推理策略的基础上倾向于使用翻译、替代和转换策略；（3）同时，认知策略和元认知策略的使用也存在显著的个体差异:一方面，每名被试在每个层面使用的策略总数是不一样的；另一方面，每名被试在各个层面使用的策略种类也不同。
