IE (Industrial Engineering) has made a great contribution to the progress of enterprises and economy.rnThe paper discusses some important problems encountered in IE education and talent cultivation, analyzes thernweakness of the old pattern of strategy of IE education and the cultivation of talents. Finally, the paper putsrnforward several countermeasures especially the flexible strategy for modern IE education and cultivation ofrntalents.
