Software Development Performance in International Student Team Collaboration

摘要

Using a set of categories to examine their written communication, this research in progress investigates the interaction characteristics of high and low performing teams from two universities involved in distributed group work. Preliminary results showed that not only is communication crucial to the team's success but the timing of specific actions can have an impact on their performance.
