Knowledge, Globalization And Firm Growth

摘要

This papa- examines the effect that knowledge, along with some characteristic globalization factors, has on firm growth. Starting from the premise that knowledge generation and transfer is essential for maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage, this research focuses on the moderating role that the globalization of markets has when interacting with the development of technological knowledge in the firm in order to encourage production growth. The results obtained show the speed of the current innovative dynamic required by globalization, while, at the same time, demonstrating how certain elements that have arisen from the global market can act as catalysts of firm growth when the innovative dynamic stagnates or when its capacity for renewal slows down.
