Vibration and noise is growing with the speed increase of high-speed-train, so damping vibration and depressing noise technology becomes one of the important subjects during high-speed-train design. This paper aimed at the damping and depressing of CRH380, studied the behavior of vibration and noise of CRH2-300, which was actuated by Chinese rail track. Moreover, characteristics of vibration and noise of high-speed-train in Chinese was summarized. With this understanding, study work went smoothly, which covered carbody mode, structure vibration, correlation of radiation noise in cars, coupling of noise and vibration, etc. Finally, damping and depressing measures of CRH380 carbody structure was taken to solve the problems of high-speed-train vibration and noise.
