摘要

The content of manganese and iron in tea imported from Asian (China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam) and African (Kenya, Malawi) countries was determined in this paper. In the previous work the highest quantities of manganese were determined in tea samples from Kenia (about 1370 mg/kg), whereas the lowest in tea from Indonesia (570 mg/kg). The content of iron in studied samples were diverse and were shaped in range from about 55 mg/kg for tea from India and Indonesia, to about 150 mg/kg for tea from Vietnam, however she stayed on low-level. The investigated teas can be source of the examined minerals, especially for manganese.
