Delta-ALAD activity, Pb and Zn concentration in blood of four groups of mice were investigated: 1 - control group, 2 - mice injected with 0.5 LD_(50) of Pb(CH_3COO)_2, 3 - mice injected with ZnSO_4 and lead acetate after 20 min, 4 - mice injected with Zn SO_4 solution. Pb concentration in blood 8 h passed after Pb(CH_3COO)_2 injection statistically significantly (p < 0.01) increased and the enzyme activity decreased. Pb concentration significantly (p < 0.01) decreased, and the enzyme activity significantly (p < 0.01) increased after mice injection with ZnSO_4 and after 20 min with Pb(CH_3COO)_2. There was not found statistically significant difference of zinc concentration in blood 8 hours passed after only ZnSO_4 injections and injection of lead acetate preceding by zinc sulphate injection.
