Study on a Business Success Prediction Model for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

摘要

Based on the cross-section data from survey, we developed a logistic nonfinancial model to predict the success of SMEs in China. We found that capital is a key factor for firm's success. The accounting control, consultation and planning are related to the success of the firm,but not significant.
