From Family-controlled Management to Professional Management An Innovative Path of Private Family Firms' Management

Abstracts:Most of China's private enterprises are belonged to the form of family-controlled management which has many flaws and exerts a significant negative influence on corporate governance,enterprise culture,performance and sustainable development of private enterprises.During the course of family enterprises' second inauguration,on one hand,the flaws of the family-controlled management are on the growing and the management is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the modern enterprise system which is international and intensified; and on the other hand,the professional management mode based on market mechanism becomes the new direction of the modern enterprise system of private enterprises.Professional management is the premise and base requirements for the corporate governance structure adjustment,personnel system perfection,legal environment optimization and sustainable development of private enterprises of private family firms.Although the professional management of private family firms faces difficulties and challenges,it reflects the growing trend of private enterprises' development and is an innovative path of private enterprises' management transformation.
