Plaidoyer pour une autre politique de transport urbain: Incitation/regulation

To harmonise supply to demand and especially to stimulate supply of urban transport in Douala and Yaounde, cameroonian authorities in charge of transport suggest no more public intervention and institutional barriers to entry. This policy of free competition and liberalism shows some market failures. The adequacy of supply to demjand should be improved by measures of incitement.
